Yesir Zheng Haiming (Asian Entrepreneur Coach), originally named Zheng Kaiming, is a Hong Kong native born in 1966. He is dedicated to researching business models, operational models, and capital models. Over the past 38 years, he has trained more than 100,000 entrepreneurs from Asia and North America. He owns Hong Kong's largest private board platform for entrepreneurs and capitalists. Yesir was also the first to introduce international education to Asia. He has a strong foundation in psychology and Buddhism. His mentors were Lin Chaorong, Li Zhongying, and Gu Funong. Later, he studied business philosophy under Canadian wealth creation master T. Harv Eker, money-making guru Qiu Yonghan, world-renowned business philosopher Jim Rohn, and William E. Heinecke, author of the 25 Golden Rules for Entrepreneurs.
He is the only lecturer in Asia who can comprehensively teach MBTI, Enneagram, blood type, astrology, and life code—the five major personality theories.

He has a long-standing interest in studying the business philosophies of Fortune 500 companies, top-level equity design, and the 36 laws of business ethics.
Yesir Cheng has worked in education, computers, finance, and commerce, possessing forty years of rich experience in business operations. He is currently Hong Kong's only practical lecturer, focusing solely on practical techniques and avoiding theoretical discussions. His company, "Business Card King," co-founded with Zheng Zhongke, has redefined the rapid growth of the printing industry, creating a legendary six-month profit of tens of millions. He brought his business platform, "Bread TV," to the Greater Bay Area. His "Business Winning Formula" lecture series has been running for over 28 years, helping entrepreneurs achieve business revenues exceeding 26 billion HKD, making it Hong Kong's longest-running business model training course!
